Sidecar is proud to partner with Spark, a Career Exploration and Self-Discovery Program that gives middle school students opportunities to understand, experience, and pursue what’s possible for their future. By joining Spark and The Possibility Movement, we’re helping middle schoolers explore careers, build skills, and find the right path to a successful future.
Spark Lab invites 7th-grade students to various companies and organizations for an on-site workshop to help them explore new careers and possibilities for their future. This year we will be connecting with students from Middle Years Alternative in West Philadelphia for Spark Labs. Led by Sidecar employees, 7th graders will work in small groups over the course of two hours through a series of professional skill building and career exploration activities. This is a great opportunity to help 7th graders explore careers in technology and build skills for their future.
Spark Labs will be on Thursday November 2nd, 3-5pm. We invite you to join us for the afternoon.

What: Spark Lab Workshop
After a brief orientation, volunteers guide a small team of students through skills activities; Spark provides all materials and facilitates the sessions. Through the activities, employees also share with students about their professional background and role.
